CERAMIC BEND HEATERS

Ceramic band heaters are advanced heating elements designed for high-temperature and energy-efficient heating of cylindrical surfaces. Constructed with nickel-chrome resistance wires wound through interlocking ceramic tiles and insulated with high-temperature fiber, these heaters are encased in a durable metal sheath (usually stainless steel or aluminized steel).

Their unique design allows for excellent heat retention and uniform heat distribution while reducing heat loss and power consumption—making them ideal for continuous and high-temperature industrial processes.
