Product Description

We are manufacturing hydrogen generation unit based on cracking of Ammonia (NH₃) in presence of Nickel catalyst at 850 degree centigrade.

It give a composition:-

• → 75% Hydrogen
• → 25% Nitrogen
•  

Capacities :

• → 1Nm³/hr. to 500 Nm²/ hr.

Features:

• → Fully automatics, skid mounted units
• → Catalyst retort is made of heat resistant alloy which can withstand upto 1150 degree centigrade operating temperature. Its life is around 10 years.
• → Furnace has ceramic fiber insulation and a full size hinged door for easy maintenance and easy inspection.

Pure Hydrogen:

If one need pure Hydrogen gas of 99.99% purity, we provided a PSA molecular sieves unit after this Ammonia cracker which removes Nitrogen. This PSA unit operates at 7 bar g pressure and produces pure Hydrogen gas at 6 bar g pressure. This type of Ammonia based Hydrogen generator is very economical in initial investment up to 25 Nm³/hr.
