CERAMIC BEND HEATERS

Ceramic band heaters are advanced heating elements designed for high-temperature and energy-efficient heating of cylindrical surfaces. Constructed with nickel-chrome resistance wires wound through interlocking ceramic tiles and insulated with high-temperature fiber, these heaters are encased in a durable metal sheath (usually stainless steel or aluminized steel).

Their unique design allows for excellent heat retention and uniform heat distribution while reducing heat loss and power consumptionβ€”making them ideal for continuous and high-temperature industrial processes.
