(Flameproof Variable Frequency Drive – VFD for Hazardous Areas)
A FLP Drive is a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) enclosed in a flameproof (FLP) certified housing, specifically engineered for controlling the speed and torque of AC motors in hazardous areas where flammable gases or vapors may be present. These drives provide safe, energy-efficient, and precise motor control while ensuring explosion protection in Zone 1 & Zone 2 classified areas.
