PTFE INLINE HEATER

The PTFE Inline Heater is a fully wetted-plastic in-line heating unit designed to heat corrosive or ultra-pure liquids directly as they flow through the process line, without introducing metal into contact with the fluid. The heating tube is manufactured from PFA, with a PTFE outer shell for maximum chemical resistance, and the unit is fitted with a built-in PT100 temperature sensor with 170Β°C overheat protection, plus a float-ball liquid-shortage protection switch to prevent dry-firing. This makes it well suited to semiconductor wet-process lines, chemical dosing/circulation loops, and other applications where both purity and corrosion resistance are critical.
